I believe that each guitar holds a certain amount of songs. I don’t mean their hiding inside. What I mean is that the songs are hiding inside of you but each guitar is a key that opens the door to those songs. Something about a guitars tone, sustain, and timbre will draw songs out of you that you didn’t even know were in you.
I found this little vintage Silvertone parlour guitar. It was likely a student model from the ‘60’s. Sears and Roebuck used to sell them. Looks like it’s birch or maple. The action is super high (not a good thing, for you non guitar players) and the tuners barely function so it’s a tough little geetar to get in tune and play but it’s gonna be my campfire beater. Wrote a tune on it called “For A Song”
